We operate as your marketplace department. The process has three phases: first we identify the right marketplaces and build the business case. Then we handle the full launch, including technical integration, catalog setup, and platform onboarding. After launch, we run day-to-day operations: stock management, sales monitoring, platform relations, campaign execution, and KPI reporting.
